I recently purchased the Omaha version and received a serial # for it. I do not see where to enter this serial # in my current hold'em manager software. When I emailed for assistence I was told it should automatically work. When I try to import Omaha hands I'm getting an error that says:



"Please note that your license does not allow you to use Omaha with Holdem Manager. For more information on upgrading please go to www.holdemmanager.net"

I'd appreciate any help as soon as possible. Thanks.

1) Help > Clear license code.
2) Close HM, restart HM, click Register, and finish the registration process.
3) If you have any problems, please try using our registration system to reset your license. http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/
4) If you have any problems beyond that, please email the details to support@holdemmanager.net.
