Filter - Preflop Raise Size Pot is Less Than

I'd like to filter hands for when I raise 3x the BB vs 2x or 4x...is this the filter I would use to do that? Is the value to be entered the dollar amount$ or the big blind multiple? I can't seem to get this filter to work or I am using it wrong. For NL200 in an unopened pot, what value would I enter to filter for hands where I raised 2x the BB (but not 3x)?

If you want hands where you raised less than 3x the pot then it would be "less than 2" in this filter. In NL 1/2 the pot is 3 and a 3x bet = 6 so 6 divided by 3 = 2.
