Hm2 not updating

Hi,my Hm2 is importing/updating on the HUD as im playing but if i want to view my stats/results etc in the HM2 window i need to close it and open it again before it will update?This only seems to be on stars.can u help me please.

Please make sure your Hand Importing > Site Time Adjustments have been set up correctly.

I started a new datbase,not ideal but it works fine now.Strange how it only happened with poker stars though?
