Live tracking on Stars does not work anymore after update

Hi

The live tracking worked until I downloaded the new software with zoom. On the normal table there are no pot odds shown anymore.

Hi.
Live Tracking should still work.
Please make sure Holdem Manager and Poker Stars is running as admin.
1) Go to C:\Program Files(x86)\Holdem Manager 2
2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".

If this option is greyed out it is because the UAC must be enabled.

Reboot.
Complete Step 3.
The UAC can be turned off again if desired.
4) Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for HudFuncsApp.exe
5) Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for PokerStars.exe which is found here by default C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars

If after doing all of the above the issue still exists please send a screenshot of the table and go to C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Ch at folder (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.) while you’re playing and email us any files in the Chat folder to hm2support@holdemmanager.com
