Hi,
My HEM is failing to import hands from Ladbrokes.
I have updated to the latest Beta version (1.09 beta 28) and selected the correct folder to import (C:\micrograming\poker\ladbrokesMPP).
To further confuse the situation, when I set to auto import and watching the progress bar once a hand is completed it says "processing files 1/1" but doesn't find any hands to import from the file.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT SOLVED:
Realized I was not actually updating to the latest version of HEM as I had installed the software in a different path to the default. All working now.
