So...I bought HEM today. Exported all my ongame (mostly Bestpoker) hands. PT2 said there were 23k of them.

Imported the folder into HEM. I didnt pay much attention, but I think HEM imported them all. When I try to choose players to look at, there are no players from ongame available.

I tried to export to another folder and import again. HEM finds the 8 files.

Files imported: 8 of 8
Hands imported: 0
Duplicate hands: 0
Import errors: 0

Should the hands be here somewhere? Where can I find them?

EDIT: I'm stupid....the hands were exported from PT3 not PT2. Trying to import them to pt2 now and then export all over.

PT2 export and then import did not work either.

You might not be able to see them due to filters. Can you follow these steps so we can confirm if the hands have been imported or not:

http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=19

You can import from PT3 anyway http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=63

Let me know how many hands its imported and we can work on finding them then.

The query counted 11837 hands. I have imported about 9k hands from pacific that i've played myself and probably some observed ones as well, so I'm guessing the 11837 hands are all from pacific.

I had done the pt3 export exactly as described in the second link.

The problem is they have eliminated the "Showdown" section of the OnGame hand history which is always supposed to be there and includes the amounts won by each player even if there wasn't a showdown.

Hopefully they will fix this soon because changing it on my side is quite a bit of work due to how I treat this section of the hand history.

EXAMPLE - PT3

Texas Hold'em $6-$12 NL (real money), hand #P4-69392994-2
Table Tuscaloosa, 7 Jun 2008 12:33 PM

Seat 4: SomeGuy ($377.70 in chips)
Seat 8: AnotherGuy [ AH,8C ] ($394 in chips)
ANTES/BLINDS
AnotherGuy posts blind ($3), SomeGuy posts blind ($6).

PRE-FLOP
AnotherGuy bets $10, SomeGuy folds.

SUMMARY
Dealer: AnotherGuy
Pot: $19
SomeGuy loses $6
AnotherGuy bets $13, collects $19, net $6

VS PT2 / Ongame Grabber

Texas Hold'em $6-$12 NL (real money), hand #P4-69392994-2
Table Tuscaloosa, 7 Jun 2008 12:33 PM

Seat 4: SomeGuy ($377.70 in chips)
Seat 8: AnotherGuy [ AH,8C ] ($394 in chips)
ANTES/BLINDS
AnotherGuy posts blind ($3), SomeGuy posts blind ($6).

PRE-FLOP
AnotherGuy bets $10, SomeGuy folds.

SHOWDOWN
AnotherGuy wins $19.

SUMMARY
Dealer: AnotherGuy
Pot: $19
SomeGuy loses $6
AnotherGuy bets $13, collects $19, net $6

Seems like an easy fix but when you have to worry about how it affects non PT3 hands and all the various side pot situations it gets really cumbersome.
