hud doesnt show stats on ipoker

Hi, im using ipoker and the minimaxmod and vista with user control turned off. I have basically standard holdem manager installed and changed rarely nothing so far, but my hud wont show any stats. why is that? i loaded up a screenshot so u see what i mean. popup is working btw


problem 2 on my other pc: same os, user control turned off too. stats do work fine, but only when i activate "fore ontop" otherwise they disappear as soon as i click at a table, if i go at the next table they come back. Basically they always disappear on that table i activate.

i just did update on my comp A where the stats do not appear. Didnt try on my 2nd comp but problem with comp a that there are no stats is still there.

Make sure your HEM actually updated and the titlebar says - 1.09 beta 43

Delete/move the current handhistory files, reboot your computer and try again.

I have 1.09 beta 43 installed and it the titlebar shows it. tablefinder obviously works since i see SOME stats but not all of them. what do you mean bei delete/move the current files? i deleted the "proccessed files" and did a restart, didnt work. heres my config:

The config file seems to be ok. I meant to delete all files in the expekt poker\history folder.

Please post all the answers to the FAQ i posted above. We need more details...

Ok, here is my FAQ for my computer A where the hud works but i dont see any stats (popup works too). I dont have my computer b here, so i will post that in a week or so when i plug my comp B in.
1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
Ipoker 2-6max cashgame and sngs.(i have every chat enabled)

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
yes

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
yes

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
yes

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
yes. but it recogneizes my table and a hud (wrong hud) appears).

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

The original hand history files sometimes get 'stuck' in the poker client hand history folder.

See if you can edit the exenames.txt file to the exact name for your poker sites .exe file, similar to this post - http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/showpost.php?p=92521&postcount=15

Which problem? No HUD at all? Or the wrong HUD? Does the Table Finder work properly now that you edited that text file? try the table finder again - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54

If that doesnt help I dont know what to suggest other than a teamviewer session with my support manager.

i think it works now. have to test it later in detail. i just saw i used a 2nd profile with wrong stats, i deletet that now and will see later if it works.
