Pokerstars MTT's

Hi,

I have been using HEM for awhile now and all has been working well. I play MTT's and mainly play on FTP and Stars. In regards to profit tracking, HEM works well for all my FT tourneys, the only thing I have to do is manually enter my rebuy/addon amount. When it comes to stars though, it never records accurately my finishing position, field size, and $ won etc. Is there something I need to fix on my end or does HEM not support stars MTT's?

You need to request and import any/all your tournament histories and import those to HM. Stars does not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive, like FTP does.

Pokerstars > Lobby > Requests > Tournament History .. > 200

Then you have to create a text file, from the email, to import to HM.
