I had the hm1 1.10.09 and do not import the hands and do not see the hud, I upgraded to 1.12.10 and now hm not open

I did exactly the same, got the recent update, worked fine, then today on unibet the Hud wouldnt work, nor was there any session reports, it just kept saying incomplete hands in the HEM(Im using Hem1). the hud works fine on pokerstars
