HEM won't start up unless I turn off the Firewall, when it does start up it doesn't import my hands, when it was importing my hands I couldn't get the HUD to work. Please don't respond with a link to FAQ's. I've gone through them multiple times and thought I did everything suggested, I'm just not great with computers. Can I talk to a real person?

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 or else you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. Windows 7 you MUST set all the executables to always run as admin.

Your auto-import is not configured and you have not disabled UAC (User access control).
This are basic things for Holdemmanager to work which should be explained in the installation guide.
