Playing on new site and no reports

Hi guys,


I moved from everest poker to party poker and i don't get any reports, no graphs, though my hud works fine. How to fix that?

Please try updating to the latest beta version from the link in my signature.

If you have Vista/Windows7, please verify that UAC is off. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73.
Or make sure that holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

I have windows XP and under properties -> compatibilty mode there is only run windows as 95/98/NT etc. So no idea yet how to change to start as administrator, though i am logged in as administrator.

I had upgraded with beta version long ago.

I assume you have already searched your new screen name?

Cash Games > Reports > Click 'Change' and search your name. Do not click the drop-down arrow. That opens a list of previously searched names.
