problems with new players HUD

hello, when I play several hundreds hands at a table and a new player is coming sometimes the HM2 don't recognize it and from now on I have no stats about these players, could I somehow "refresh" the HM2 to recognize these new ones?

today happened again, but when I open the PS Instant Hand History replayer there appears the current player's stats, but at the table I can see the previous player's stats

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Try reimporting your hands into a new database.
