View Full Version : Entraction (BestOnePoker) HUD and table finder troubles

Hello,

I use HM with entraction (bestonepoker).

The hud doesn't start automatically...

I have to use the table finder each time I play a new game, or each time and move to an other table.

I have to click several times on the menu 'Table/Table finder', sometimes 10 times because the menu does not respond correctly...

Then, all tables played in the last hours are listed in the table finder, so it is very difficult to find the right one and matching it with the red cross. The biggest problem is that the names of the table are more long than the column size of the table finder, so I can't be sure that I select the right table (I can just see the 6 first number of the tables...)

It could be great that HM could manage Entraction correctly.

I use HM on other rooms, for months, so I'm not a newbie. I 'm able to configure HM in most cases. But for entraction, I'm not able, I can't find the problem...

I use it only for mtt and sng.

Thanks for help. :)

*Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Try changing the ExeNames.txt at C:\Programme\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config so that it matches your bestonepoker.exe filename exactly.

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Hello Fozzy,

First, thanks for so very quick answer ! :)

2th, the exe names file is the good way for my problem, TY. In fact, I've found a jqs exe, a javaw exe, and a bestonepoker exe (and others strange file names) in this file. But the real file name of BestOnePoker should be Client.exe (I thought)...
I've just deleted all entries in the exe names file, that don't correspond to my played rooms. But I have not add any entry manually, and not edit any of them...

I've relaunch HM, and use the red cross to match a table name. HM propose me to add the entry in the exe list for BestOnePoker. I've said OK.

When I open the exe names file, I can see that HM has add javaw.exe.

Now, HM works well and great.

So, thousands of thanks for your help, your efficiency, and your reactivity ! :) :) :)

I have same problem, but I can't find the ExeNames.txt in the config folder.
I run windows 7.

Any help?

Thanks

The file must be there otherwise Holdemmanager would not work.

It is possible that under Windows 7 this file is in a user folder so i suggest you run a search over your harddisk for exenames.txt

HM imports well, but the hud doesnt show. File is nowhere to be found though. I have searched for 'exenames.txt' everywhere.

Sorry.

I have attached a file that might help you know what is going on. That was located in my users folder.

* Please try updating to the latest beta version 1.10 Beta 5 from the link in my signature.

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

* If that doesn't help, please answer and post these questions: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174
