View Full Version : Activating PC2 does not work

Hi!

Activating PC1 --> everthing is fine,
Activating PC2 (Laptop) -->
- I activate
- it says "success"
- I click "OK"
- it works 1 session
- when i start hem the next time it says "9 Days left" (or so)
- i activate again
- ......

Pls help

Please try using our registration system to register your current/new license. Then you will be able to retrieve or reset your own license, as needed. http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/

To get your current license from your running installation of HEM: Help > Show Serial Number

You will need to sign up, login, and then change your code, then logout/login, to get the new code.

I did reset both codes (pc1 and pc2), only 1 line with PC=0 and "date acitvated" is empty now.

how exactly can I change the code now? when i click "reset code" again nothing happens.

Or should i register both PCs with my existing code?

When i try "add serial number" and enter my old nothing happens, and i do not have a new one.

(sorry 4 bad english btw...)

I know that. PC#1 works, PC#2 works too, but at PC#2 HEM asks me on every startup to activate, always says "succes, click OK to proceed"...

now I am confused.

I did the following:
- deleted both PC on http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/
- acitvated former PC#2 as PC#1 (my laptop)
- closed HEM, started it again --> works without new activation

- wanted to activate former PC#1 (PC), but it didnt asked me to, it just works?!?

I can see, that only one (my Laptop) ist activated, but my PC works as well.

The license is saved in the hidden file holdemmanager.exe.ldat which will be used for the next restart.
