I got a popup box w/red x asking to quit or continue .. something about .net framework. It caused hem to freeze and screw up my computer. I couldn't turn off my computer, I had to do a hard reboot.

Please add a screenshot of the error and which HM version and operating system are you running?

I don't have a screenshot of the error. I've seen it 2x in the past 2weeks. How do I take a screenshot of just the box and not the whole comp screen?

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Update to
HM1: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10_13Mar2011.exe
