I'm having a problem with some hands not showing up in HEM. I just installed Windows 7 - clean install. I backed up and restored my db to the same version of Postgres, which is 8.3, and copied over my HEM folder after installing, and then updated to the 42 beta.

I have UAC off, and have dbcontrolpanel/hmhud/holdemmanager set to run as admin.

Everything seemed to be working fine, hud works perfect etc., but then I noticed some hands were not showing up in my session list. The weird thing is, the hud is keeping track of the hands properly, and the table manager has the correct amount of hands. For example, I just played 21 hands, and table manager says I played 21 hands, and my hud has 21 hands. But my session in HEM shows only 16 hands. There are no filters enabled.

Any ideas?

This is happening on Stars and Full Tilt

Is your PC clock correct? Are you using the All Hands filter, or something smaller like Today? First assumption is the restore didnt work properly.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive (or play some live hands) so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21

Creating the new DB solved the problem. Thanks Fozzy!
