Hud display only few hands, after upgrade to 6470 version.

Hello,
After upgrading to new version hud display only few hands for all players, even if I have few thousand.
I created new database and imported all of my hands, but it didn't help.
I downgrade to 6369 version and is ok.
Any suggestion?

And go over your settings:
-PokerStars lobby is in English
-Check if PokerStars is STILL saving the handhistories
-In which folder?
-Is that folder added as the auto import folder in HoldemManager

I wasn't online for some time.
I have still the same problem, I upgraded to 6556 version and the same problem occurred.
The answer above is not my case.
My hm2 import hands properly, display hud, but after upgrade to new version it shows 0 hands for all player even if i have few thousand.
After I played 1 hand, hud showed 1 hands for all players.
i downgraded to 6369 version and it's working properly.

One more thing.
I played for 10 minutes and hud showed several hands for players.
I restarted hm2 and HUD showed 0 hands .
Any idea?

Still the same.
It looks like hud doesn't read stats from current database. I have 2 database, and id i change active database, still hud shows only new hands.
Notecaddy shows all notes.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

I found solution. There was a problem with hud filters. I changed:
- "include hands newer than" from 0 to 30 months, and
- "use last" from 0 to 40000
and unchecked mix zoom and non zoom.

I don't know wich one was a problem but now HUD works good. Probably it was problem with "include hands newer" filter.

One more thing. I use kaspersky and it's slower my HUD a lot.
What can i do with that? I added exceptions already.

I do have 0 set for "include hands newer than".

"0" to display ALL only works for the last number of hands.

For the last number of months, always have a value of 1+ (12+ recommended)

This is still not resolved for me despite downgrading to 6556 and adjusting my filters. I really don't understand what is causing it with the same HM version on another pc i am not having the problem. Do you have any further suggestions?

I thought this problem was not resolved. It may now be a new issue affecting only certain players at bossmedia. I attach a screenshot of a guy whose HUD never moves off 1 hand. Everyone elses at the table is working normally but i can never get stats for this 1 guy. I am sure there are others but this is the one i'm currently noticing. This is happening on both my PC's with version .6556.

I played all afternoon having no stats on this guy. Now suddenly this evening all is well. I thought it was something to do with the special character in his name but now i have hands. Explanation please?
