For the last 3 days not all the hands played are shown in HEM. However while playing the HUD is showing the correct amount for the session so the hands must be there somewhere?

I am using version 1.12.09.
All filters are cleared and I havent changed anything the last 3 days.

Thanks. I get an error message while installing the new version and I dont know what to do about it. Please advice.

"An error while updating your DB (Big pots support): A timeout has occured. If your were establishing a connection, increase Timeout value in ConnectionString. If you were executing a command, increate the CommandTimeout value in ConnectionString or in your NpgsqlCommand object."

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

And which PostgreSQL version?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the e xecutables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Reboot your computer and try again. And please make sure that there is enough free temporary space on your c: partition while running the update.

Tried uninstalling HEM and reinstalling. I can install and run the update file Holdem_Manager_Update1.12.09a without any problems.

When I run the file Holdem_Manager_Update1.12.10_13Mar2011 it installs all the components and then freeze and after about 30 min I get the error message.

Help needed! :)

Run dbcontrolpanel.exe from the HoldemManager folder and check if you can start HoldemManager when you create a NEW database.

Then reimport your hands into the new database.
Run a import from folder on your archive folder, default, C:/HMArchive.
