hud problem @ pacific

Well the problem is that in nl50 I have no hud but it is working well @ lower limits. Yes I do have the micro limit version but is should work properly in nl50 shouldnt it ( at least it works on pokerstars)
so what can I do?

What happens when you import the hands, do they import as errors, or import just fine but then don't show up in HoldemManager? Or they do show up, but you only have no HUD?
