my HM quit working about 2 weeks ago and it took me about a week to get it fixed. to get it fixed i had to make a new database and lost everything i had.....about 200k hands and a lot of results. so after i get it working it is having the same error. this is 3 days later and wasting so much of my time it is retarded. when i go to open up HM it says:
The following error occurred when trying to open the database:unableto read data from the transport connection. an existiing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
for paying money for this product it seems like it is more of a hassle then pokertracker would ever be. plz help me fix this or im going to start using PT and post all over pocketfives and two plus two how bad this product is.
