Recently HUD on Anonymous HU tables (Unibet) begin work wrong.

Stats "Vpip from Big blind" and "3-bet" always are equal to zero.
May be some other stats work wrong too.

Hello,

I got nearly the same problem with my HUD. I'm playing in the Microgaming Network on 5050Poker. Since 2-3 days the HUD is not working properly some Stats are not correct and even the Hands are shown wrongly when I review my sessions. I got some hands where I made the flush against two pairs, but Holdem Manager shows that Villain won the Hand with his two pairs.

I install this update but HM dont load
It is freezing on "Initializing database"
I reinstall to 1.12.09 and it work fine

I had the same problem with freezing during "Initializing database". But I restarted it several times and now it works properly. But after having installed this update Everleaf and Microgaming are working out well but the HUD doesn't work anymore at AdamEve's Poker (Cake Poker Network). I have to click serveral times on the table in the tablefinder and then I get the stats for this table but just until the hand running right this time, the HUD stands still and is not updating the stats by itsself. I have to add the table from new in the tablefinder again and again and same procedure.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?



For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and sel ect properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates./

Hello
1) all filest start as administrator
2) antivirus dont block HM
3) all windows updates installed
I install this update http://forums.holdemmanager.com/table-scanner/160021-instascan-ipoker-down-again-5.html
and it work fine
but this is not work at all

The ipoker update is an older one. Please use the one Pat posted in this thread http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10_13Mar2011.exe

I install this HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10_13Mar2011.exe
But it freezes on "Initial database"
Please fix it!

the HM1 update will perform a big database update when you run it.
So ignore any "not responding" error but wait for the program to unfreeze and the database update to finish.
Make sure you have enough free diskspace.
If you have a 40 GB database--> the database update would like 10 GB of free space (to use temporarily)


Run dbcontrolpanel.exe and create a new database, if you get an error upon startup.

My databse is 60GB
I waiting ~2 hours and than it generate this 57261
We dont need database update!
We need correct Unibets hands import and correct Hud work on Unibet!!!!
Please fix it

Thats really tilted me!

Run dbcontrolpanel.exe---> export your hands.
Create a new empty database--> import those hands.

I made everything what is in this thread. Updated HM to 1.12.10 and made new database.. and its still not importing hands from unibet. This is tilting me so hard WHATTODO :(
