Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
I have a firewall but I've designated HEM as a trusted application. However, it doesn't appear to be running as an administrator. I googled "Windows Vista administrator account" and tried to follow the instructions but when I right-clicked Computer and click "Manage" there is no "Local user accounts" or whatever, even after I right-click everything and look in all the menus.
I went into my postgre folder and opened an Excel document and looked for the correct port number and database name. I found the port number and it was one digit off, so I changed it. I'm not sure if that should be changed back to what it was or not. The server name wasn't in the Excel document so I just left that. I know that the password is correct. I recently changed the folder that I save my hand histories to, but the folder in Full Tilt matches the folder in HEM.
Edit: Okay, I just started HEM and got the postgres panel, and hit "connect", and connected to the default HEM database. HEM starts fine, but when I click on the Cash Games tab I get the following error: "Error: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."
Edit 2: Just saw that a new beta is available, so I am currently on beta 42. Now when I start HEM I don't get the postgres tab, but I still get the above error when I click on the Cash Games tab. If it matters, after I click "OK" an identical error message comes up, and then after I click "OK" again everything appears normal. I'm still having problems with the HUD starting with Auto Import though.
