View Full Version : HM not importing tournament summaries

First of all, it's a little frustrating that there's no way for HM to tell the user how many tournament summaries were imported etc.

Today I lost power. When I booted back up, I immediately requested my last 100 hands to cover those that didn't get saved to my computer during my very brief downage.

I've imported these hands. I'm showing 74 tournaments played for the day with only 64 completed (these are all STTs) despite having all of my hands imported.

So I requested all of my tournament summaries and imported them. Again, I have no way of knowing whether or not any new summaries got imported. But I'm still showing 74/64.

I think this might help uncover the problem with multi-table SNGs that are being treated as STTs and aren't getting corrected when the summaries are being imported. For more on this problem, see this link:

The first week of this problem I was told Roy was busy doing other things outside of HM. Then I was asked to do a teamviewer session, to which I agreed, only to have an email unanswered. When I sent another one, I was told that it would have to be pushed back a few weeks.

Seriously? It seems like having these basic things working properly should be included in the purchase price of Hold'em Manager.

I'm beginning to feel like a sucker for purchasing this program and wish I had gone with Pokertracker 3 instead.

Sigh.

Losing power during an import can cause DB problems/corruptions.

Please try a new DB to test the problem hands/files.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146

Now import those same files and try to reproduce the problem.
