Stuck

I've had the trial version for a couple of days and am finding it difficult to operate. Currently, when I launch the program, I find the Import fuction to be stuck in the "stopping..." mode, so I can't proceed. How can I fix this?:confused:

Please make sure you have the 1.09 beta 42 patch from the link in my signature.

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73
and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.
