Trail expired?

Hey all,

I just downloaded HEM and I wanted to use it for the first time but it says I still have 0 days to use it for trial. Now I'm confused because I didn't use it before.

Can someone help me with this?

If it says 0 days, then you must have tried installing it previously. Unfortunately it is not possible to extend the trial. We do offer a 10 day full refund, so you could use that as an extended trial of sorts.

And how can I get that sort of extended trail? Because I really want to try it first before purchase it..

Is the date/time setting on your computer correct?

If yes it is not possible to test it on this machine.
You could reinstall your computer, use a virtual machine or a different computer or you use the 10 day refund guarantee as an additional trial.

But how can you obtain that 10 days refund?

And it is what fozzy71 said. I installed it like 1 months ago, didn't use it because I used pokertracker. Now I want to try HEM to compare.

We cant extend the trial. You can purchase a code and use the purchased version. If you decide you dont want it within 10 days just email sales@holdemmanager.net for a refund.
