Problems with hands history

Hello

I start do play poker in Stars and everything all right with HM, at one month i tray to play in Pacific (888) too, and became the problem.
HM import hands, but when i try to see them, it not regist the card's.
When i open a table the stats of players sometimes appears, but in other moments i can´t see them.
Can you help me?

Thanks for your help. I have done what you recomend, but the problem continue.


1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
I have 1.09 beta 42.

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
I play NL in Pokerstars, without problems and in Pacific, where I have problems.

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
Yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
Yes

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
Yes I can.

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
Not all of them, and this hands don´t show the cards of the diferent streets.

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
I've create a new DB, like you say, I've import all hands, ando still the problem.
6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
I don't have table finder.

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
Yes.

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
Yes.
9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
No

What does that mean? If the original handhistories are incomplete we cant fix this. Please check them.

First sorry my English...
When I say "Not all of them, and this hands don´t show the cards of the diferent streets", I want to say that HM import the hands, but when i go to the report's of HM, I can see all information of the hand.
For example:
I play 10 hands, and when i go to reports, i only can see 2 or 3 hands, but that hands not complete, because there´s no card's. If I try to replay the hand, it´s the same problem.

If I tray to do it when I play in Stars, there's no problem.

I'm using the latest Pacific client.
