look at kes777 stats on all 3 pictures... and I sometimes get that error on the 3rd picture...

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Dbl left click on stats to switch to session stats, (they will turn red)
Dbl right click to reset session.
Is it possible you've double left clicked, resetting the session stats?

hello thanks for the reply, i'm on w7, allowed both on the firewall, HM2 was already allowed, currently using ad-aware, the UAC is on never notify, do have some updates pending will get to that now... but when I right click the exes I can run them as admin but I can't find the option to always run them as admin on the compatibility tab...

Rightclick on the .exe--> properties
In the properties--> compatibility tab---> you should have the option "privilige level, run this program as an administrator".

(just turning off UAC and rebooting, will have a similar effect)

Is it possible you accidently reset the session?

Try reimporting your hands into a new database.

no it's not possible that I reset the session hands... the total hands also reset... I use the left click to check between... how is it possible that a villain has more session hands than total hands....

how do i reimport my hands to a new database....

Same problem here, after the update HUD just stop showing up stats and whats weird its that on my data base info it says i have hands tracked from over 200,000 players but on the tables doesnt show any

look i'm really getting tired of this... it's been almost 15 days and you can not still fix the problem... I'm losing b/c of this and you guys sold me a product which you claimed to be finished but it seems to be in beta... if this doesn't get fixed by the end of the month you guys need to find a way to compensate me... this is outrageous you guys are basically stealing money from someone saying that your product is finished and misleading them to buy what you claim to be a finish product but it is not... I believe there is enough ground for legal action and I will not be putting a nice word out for HM in general because of this. So either you fix the problem and get me some kind of compensation or i'll have to take action.

I created a new database and it did not work.

I uninstalled HM2 and postgre and installed poker tracker 3 and postgre. I imported my hand histories (all of them) to Poker Tracker 3 and they worked fine.
Then I installed HM2, I even downloaded it again. and imported my hand histories to a new database (I had to create one since it was just installed). the problem still persist.
there are no windows updates available, absolutely no updates... windows is in english format (USA).

I'm in UTC -4 atlantic time canada. I think EST is the same at the moment. I'm available any weekday from 1:30pm - 8:00pm

I also download it yesterday PT3 and spend the entire day importing my data base (HHS) and since today its working great
