HM1 has been missing a lot of hands since the latest software update on microgaming this morning.
Are you aware of this and what can we do about it?

Thank you

I have the same problem on Microgaming (the name of room is 5050 Poker). HUD works correctly, but the program misses lots of hands or imports them incorrectly.

Other users have reported this issue.
We're currently waiting for some handhistories to investigate this.
Likely Microgaming changed something in their handhistory formatting in their last update.

Hi,
Microgaming changed their hand histories. We are working on finding the changes they made which takes some time as they did not document the changes they made.

We're currently testing a HM2 build with a fix.
HM1 fix will be released after that.

We're not purposely delaying any solution. Microgaming completely changed their handhistory formatting: Microgaming is changing the way they deal with call/raise amounts. Some sites shows the full amount to call/raise (like Microgaming until now), and others show only the actual difference from what the player already had wagered in that street (like in new Microgaming hands).

And not every Microgaming skin is using the new formatting.
So we can't use a date parser (prior to date x = old formatting, newer hands are new formatting)
