Create an Account at the given address (you can use the same as here). Enter your Key and reset it.

When starting HM again i still have the same problem. Sorry for being stupid, but now what?

Try this:

1) Downgrade to 1.09 Beta 34 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.09.34.exe
2) Please enable the option to see Hidden Files - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html
2) Delete \RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat
3) Register the 1.09 Beta 34 version
4) Close HEM
5) Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
6) Open HEM

Hi

After exactly 15 days the same problem occurred again.
I tried to downgrade to 09.34 again but the link doesn't properly function anymore.
So i downgraded to 09.02 and have deleted the exe.ldat file again.
Now when starting HM again i am aked to register and when choosing PC # 1 i get an error saying that the function is not available.
Appreciate your help !

Please reset your license using our registration system (link in my signature)

BTW: 1.09.02 is the latest version. The betas are older

I already tried to reset the code. First my code mentioned PC#1 and the date it was activated. Now it only mentions PC#0 and no date of activation.
Any other ideas that might work?

And it still wont accept the code? Try the process we used before, but with beta 38:

1) Downgrade to 1.09 Beta 38 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.09.38.exe

6) Open HEM


If that doesnt help I will ask my support manager for assistance.

Tried it but unfortunately it didn't work.
Maybe it's a stupid question but what about disabling my current code and providing me with a new one?
