After updating to beta 41 the table scanner doesn't activate anymore.

Any ideas?

please enable "show system proctected files" under Control Panel -> Folder Options and delete a file called HEMGUI.dll.ldat in the HM folder. Then, try to register the scanner again.

If that still doesn't help, tell them to go to Help -> Clear Table Scanner Code and restart HM. After that, the registration should work

Do you have kaspersky?

* Go into the KAV settings window.
* Navigate to the Service node.
* Here, turn on the Compatibility mode for programs using self-protection option.

If that does not work then find the "Heuristic Scanning" option in Kaspersky and disable that.

Deleted the file but that did not work. Do not have kaspersky.

The strange thing is that initially I am given teh "success, please click OK to continue" - once i click it, i am given the error about not having a license.

Hi, I have been managing to get everyone working so far but usually it has involved a couple of steps and I'm still not 100% sure how to fix it automatically but please try this

1) Make sure you have 1.09 beta 41 (or higher) already and then download the attached zip file and unzip the file in there named hemgui.dll into your Holdem Manager folder overwriting the one that is in there now. Make sure HM is not running.

2) launch HM and click on scanner tab. Register and see if it works. If it does not try rebooting and then repeat step 2.

3) if it still does not work then go into C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses and delete the HEMGUI.lic file and then try step #2 again

Please let me know how this works for you. If it does not work then email support@holdemmanager.net and I can login with www.teamviewer.com to take a closer look

Hi, step 1 does not fix the problem even after rebooting as suggested in step 2.

I navigated to the sharedlicenses folder and the HEMGUI.lic file is not there, maybe this is where the problem lies.

i've been having this problem for nearly two weeks now. exchanged many emails w/ fabio, who also tried to fix it over two teamviewer sessions. i haven't heard anything for a few days now, despite sending a few emails to fabio.

is there a chance this will be fixed soon?

Anyone with this issue who has tried upgrading to beta 42 and it did not solve it please email support@holdemmanager.net and in the subject put "Scanner Reg Error for Roy"

These will get sent to me and I could login with www.teamviewer.com and take a look and most likely fix the problem.

When i´m using your .dll file HM gives me error and freezes while initiating database

i have a riddle.

same prob as above HM doesnt start anymore at all.

fast help making it worse...
gess what i am thinking
i try to downgrade the version now to a stable running 40 now.

and guess what, everythings working fine. maybe u discard your updatechanges at first and have a look through.

sorry for beeing that harsh. but when i see that we where dealing enduringly with the same bug of having licenseprobs i am getting diapointed.
