HUD crash on CAKE tables

Hello!

After latest update (http://forums.holdemmanager.com/poker-site-support/195651-everleaf-gaming-handhistory-change.html) my HUD starts freezing on CAKE network tables, while on other tables it works as usual at the same time.

I'm using HM1, Windows 7.

Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpan el.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates./

Ok, i've updated holdem manager to the latest beta. CAKE tables now works as usual, but issue with everleaf handhistory returns.
It was fixed in this thread: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/poker-site-support/195651-everleaf-gaming-handhistory-change.html

What should i do? I need both sites working for my games.

Which gametype are you playing on Cake?
Did you try the tablefinder?

I'm playing cash heads-up. I've checked it once again right now and got such results:
When i start a new heads-up game HUD is absent. Then i tell tablefinder where the table is. HUD appears, but freezes instantly and new hands are not presented there. If i rollback to 1.12.09 ithis issue dissapears.

Does it correctly import the hands from these HU tables?

yes, hands are imported correctly. I'm using windows firewall and nod32 anti-virus

hud options--> table preferences--> turn on enable logging
Then when HM crashes, email us your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs/ logs.txt file.

I've opened a 0.10 - 0.20 heads-up table, and when game started - i told the table finder where the table is. After that - hud appears - but stats for new hands were not updated and hud doesn't open any popups. i'm ready to send log.txt file, but what is your email address?

I could not reproduce the popup problems, or a crash, but I was able to reproduce the HUD problems.

HUD requires Table Finder - Doesn't update after using Table Finder - HMONE-23
This is still an unresolved bug. I have no eta when it will be fixed, but it has a "HIGH PRIORITY" status.
