HUD Titan Poker

Hi cannot get hud to popup for titan poker on ipoker. I followed the fag step by step as well as downloading the latest update. My table manager can see the tables but it does not tell me if i am up or down in dollars won. Also the hand history folder has a bunch of .xml files in it, which im assuming are the hand history files since they are dated today and have just downloaded the program today.

those questions dont really solve my problem, my hud works on ps,ft and ub no problem its just ipoker, is there anyway to arrange a teamviewer meeting?

If you answered them, and posted the answers and config file here, we may be able to use those answers to find the problem.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

If I dont see anything obvious in the answers or pictures we can schedule a teamviewer session for tonight or tomorrow. Hopefully the answers/files you post will help us to not have to wait that long for a solution.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12? newest one

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site? no

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button? yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site? yes

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ? yes

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager? no

5a) Do they import if you create a new database? no

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work? it sees the tables but it doesnt tell me if im up or down

7) If you open the HH are they written in English? i think so its a bunch of weird numbrs in xml format

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled? using xp

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file? yes

Please tell me the actual version number from the top title bar of HEM. It should say 1.09 beta 41

No, you didnt.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder.
