help needed after computer crashed during purge

Hi i hope i am posting in the right place,
whilst trying to purge HM2 of my entire tournament history on all sites my computer crashed and shut down. when i got it back up and running all my cash game sessions have been wiped clear. i have re installed some old hand histories from HM1 but have lost a ton of recent sessions. Any ideas how i can get these back. Thanks in advance ian.

Create a new database, and reimport the original handhistories from your archive folder.
