I'm running Beta 40 on W7 64-bit. When I try to import hands, the dialog box says "importing..." indefinitely. The "Stop Import" button appears and then disappears a couple instants later, but no importing ever gets done. What should I do to resolve this?

Also, after the upgrade, the program insisted that I activate the program under my second license, and I obviously can't deactivate the prior license any more. Who can I get in touch with to deactivate the unused license?

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 or else you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171
