Hello!

I just installed the HM1 and i try set the filters to run a players report.
However the list for choosing the stakes i want does not appear inside the box next to the title "Stakes".
I attach a photo 54151

what can I do to fix it? since it keeps saying i have to select stakes in order to save!!

I use windows 7, 64-bit

Sounds like your dpi settings, you need to reduce it to 96dpi and then reboot.

if your using Vista or XP Change DPI Settings in Windows VISTA (http://www.lawfirmsoftware.com/support/change_dpi_settings_vista.htm)

if its windows 7
DPI Display Size Settings - Change - Windows 7 Forums (http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/443-dpi-display-size-settings-change.html)

If that doesnt solve it please post a screenshot.

Thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately it was already set to 96 dpi (100%).
The screen resolution is set to 1366x768 if that helps.

Stakes are calculated from the hands you imported. So when this view is empty it means in your case you have no NL hands in your database. Can you check this?

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

Reinstall using the full installer @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe
Which PostgreSQL version are you using?

Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hm hud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates./

i did everything and nothing changed.
i think the problem is that it does not import hands. it says that files are imported but no hands.
i dont use firewall or antivirus.
i use pokerstars and i changed language, time and date.
i also read various threads and nothing changed.
the postgresql is 8.4

do you have any other suggestion?
can i send you a hand history file to check?

thank you

You can send it to support@holdemmanager.com
but please make sure that you are at least using HM1 1.12.09 (check it in the title of the program)
