View Full Version : Filter: Final Pot is More Than X BB's

I tried using the filter "Final Pot is More Than X BB's"...but it seems to be broken (or I'm an idiot - entirely possible). At 25NL for example, I wanted to filter to pots that were larger than $1 so I put in 4BB (which actually might be $2 given the "BB" instead of "bb". However, many of the resulting hands had final pots of less than $1. $.60, etc. (so it's not like rake was a factor).

I had no other filters on except for 9 players at the table and .10/.25 NL.

Which version?

Please try with the latest beta and report back if the problem still exists.

Apologies... it was beta 32, but now beta 40 as well. Still happens.

(It seems the Less Than Pot Size is working correctly, but it's not BB, it's bb...so you might change that too when you fix. :) )

Thanks.

Also, it seems that the final pot size is being measured after rake is taken out. I think it should be before (as the reason I found this was dealing with rake - if rake is already taken out, then it's impossible to determine the actual pot size.)

If this isn't clear, lmk.

Hi, you are correct that it is bb and not BB so we'll correct that. It does seem to work though but the thing to note is that uncalled bets count towards this. So if the blinds are 0.15 and 0.25 and someone bets 2.00 and it is folded then the pot size would be considered 2.40

This is a bit of a bug so we will fix it as well

Awesome. That would explain the behavior I was seeing. :)

Since you're going to fix it (tyty)...please make it final pot size BEFORE the rake is removed. This is the most helpful of the calcs (as I can choose to remove rake myself in a spreadsheet, but it's much harder to add it back once it's removed without first knowing the real final pot size before rake is taken.)

Thanks again!

Hey Roy,

Just downloaded the 1.09.01 update. I'm assuming this didn't make it in?
