Hi,

Just logged onto HEM and found the HUD is not working.

Get error on Table Manager when starting Auto Import:

"Failed to create table overlay!

Usually this is because the program is not run as administrator.
Please right click the hmhud.exe file in Hold Em Manager folder and select that option"

I have done that and it is still the same. The error will not go when clicking OK which is extra annoying on top of the program not running! I only purchased it a week ago and its been nothing but problems!

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Mark

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 or holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe, and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe, and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

Hi,

Thanks for the prompt reply. I am in the process of doing this but now I am trying to re-install HEM but not being able to. It is looking for the file holdemmanagersetupproject.msi installation file, which I cannot seem to find?

Dont worry this is sorted now. Was there any way of doing that without losing my HUD settings?

Ignore the above again! Found the Import and Export options. Cheers and thanks for your help.
