Need serial code (mailed to support yesterday, no answer)

My old laptop crashed yesterday and now i need my second code to my new laptop. I mailed about this yesterday to support but didn't get answer.

There is no 2nd code, you can use your code for 2 of your PCs and you can reset it for further use via our registration system (link in my signature). If you lost your code there is no other way then contacting sales@holdemmanager.net with your purchase details (you can cc support@holdemmanager.net to make sure it goes through).
