I'm trying to get HM to work after not using it for a while, but upon calling it up, only the trial version keeps popping up, followed by "licensing issue" page.
I've gotten directed to licensing keys page which says I'm still active with valid serial number; UAC is off and HM is set as administrator.
Help!

Thank You for your time.

Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe and give HoldemManager Administrator rights:

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose “Properties”.
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select “Run this program as an Administrator”. If the option is greyed out then this is because you’ve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/) and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe and hmimport.exe

Next, Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable “Hide protected operating system files”: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html) - It should look like this: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg

Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (It will be in Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)

Now Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

If that doesn’t work please try this:

1. Create a new text document in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder by right clicking inside the folder on a blank space, choose New from the popup Menu and then choose text document and name it LicDebug with a capital L and D
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file if it fixes the issue or not

Check Proxy settings
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/24/I+Can%27t+Activate+%26+Register+Holdem+Manager- I Can’t Activate & Register Holdem Manager (check the proxy settings)

If that doesn’t fix it please email me your reg.log file from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/log folder to support@holdemmanager.com after you’ve tried all those steps. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.
