PKR Emailed Hand History Trouble Importing

I'm having trouble getting a hand that was sent by the PKR support team to import into HEM. It was sent in a body of text via email, I've tried copying and pasting into a .txt document and telling HEM to import from file, each time HEM shows it's imported 1 file but 0 hands. Also tried using notepad++ and encoding to UTF-8 and UFT-8 without BOM

I'm assuming that it doesn't like the syntax the file is in so I've tried messing with that a little but had no luck. Any ideas?

I am sorry but the above hand is not importing - however if you compare it anyway to your altered HH you have not entered the year in your altered version.

Thanks for the effort, I've corrected that now. I found a sample PKR HH in an FAQ, it imports correctly.

There is probably something else wrong but thats something we can't help you with. We have no "tool" or something like that to parse a handhistory for errors.
