View Full Version : HEM1 and Merge (Carbon Poker)

A couple of days ago Merge changed his SNG structure from 10 players to 9 Players SNG. Since then HEM is not able to read HH properly, reporting only losses on all the SNG played.

Can anyone fix this?

Can you please provide us with some original hand histories so we can investigate this. Please 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org) the hands and send to support@holdemmanager.com. Please include your forum name and a link to this thread.

HM moves all the original hands it auto imports to an archive folder for performance reasons. Any hands you manually imported From File/Folder would not have been archived, only the auto imported hands.

Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. The default path is C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

To verify the location: Options ---> Configure Auto Import Folders ---> Edit ---> Archive Folder: ___________________

The archive should be organized by \Month\Day Of Month (example: C:\HMArchive\2011\07\31).

Hi.

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-4335. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.
