First of all, sorry for my bad english :o

Hi, i was trying the trial version of the program, but one day it "died", it just dont run, no error messages, no process in task manager, nothing.

I tryied a lot of posible solutions:

1) Reinstalling.
2) Checking the user's permission in windows, and everything is OK, i have full permissions.
3) Boot in safe mode and run in from there.
4) Checking the 'eventvwr' for any error message, nothing get.
5) Deep scan with the nod32 updated, looking for any virus.

I dont know what can i do. I have the same problem with the TableNinjaFT, but i thought its because TNFT is a beta version and it was a bug, but when i got the same problem with the HM its for sure theres something wrong on my SO.

1) Make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files mentioned earlier.
2) Uninstall HM with www.revouninstaller.com using the Deep setting.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, choose the Select All > Delete buttons to remove any registry entries and leftover files.
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
6) Download the latest patch HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
7) Test if it for a while and see if it work
8) Close down Holdem Manager and rename the current, working \config folder to \config_original. Now copy your \config folder from step 1 and paste it to your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\ fodler, to replace the one you just renamed.
9) Test if it works again for a while
10) If your old config folder causes problems, you can paste the contents of the \config_original folder back in.
11) Now you can import any notes and hud configs.

Please make sure that your windows is uptodate (Windows Update, Service pack level)
and you have installed the latest Microsoft .net framework 3.5 service pack 1.

After that update to the latest Beta from the link in my signature and try again.

I updated windows (4 pending updates) and the .net framework is updated. And i still with the problem.

It worked well for around 1 week, i dont know where the problem is, but i dont think its about some not-updated program or OS update.
