I have 1.09.02 and just played a PLO hand that did not get imported because of "running it twice".

Is this normal ?

I still have a couple "run it twice" hands that are not importing. I think this happens when one of the runs is won by one player, while the other run is tied (effectively giving one player 3/4 of the total pot).

Hi guys, we have corrected this in the 1.10 beta which will be out within a week or less. At that time you can reimport your recently archived hands or your import error file to get all the missing ones

Thanks,
Roy

I had the 1.09 beta software and my run it twice hand did not import. I updated to 1.09 final, and still the hand wasn't showing. Now I have the 1.10 beta 4, and it's still not working.

I'm guessing I have to reimport the error file? How do I go about doing this?

edit: reimported the hand in question manually. nevermind!

Are you using 1.10.02 to import them? If yes, and you are still having problems, Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

But the thing is that I cannot seem to find their hand histories. And when I filter by holecards (I know I went allin with QQ and there was a hand against AK that I won in both boards), I get this weird graph:

It seems that there's a hand missing there, doesn't it? Would the report count the net $ correctly even thou?

It might be written somewhere here but, how does holdem manager behave with "run it twice" fulltilt showdowns? Regarding replayer, hand histories, reports, etc...

Thank you in advance.

PD: When I get from FTP the hand histoy file from today, I'll send it over if needed.

I have never played any RiT hands, but my understanding is: HM records both runs and will correctly award the pot and EV. It will NOT show buth runs of cards though, only the first run.

Please do. Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com
