View Full Version : Cant update notes since update

Hi, Im currently using the trial version.
Since todays update I can no longer make or edit notes, only view existing ones?

When I click on the note the box appears but is empty and cannot be edited (saved notes can only been viewed by hovering mouse over note box)

cant seem to update notes with this release. can see my old notes when i hover over notebox but when I click and open the box it is empty and you cant type anything in there.

I could not reproduce this problem. Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).


Please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file.

Please 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org/) the file before attaching it, as sometimes text files can become corrupted as attachments.

how do I roll back to previous version?

Same problem here. Also I can't see any of my old notes.

i can see my old notes only when i point my mouse on notes icon
when i click it to edit/add notes it opens empty: no nc reports, notes, etc

Please try uninstalling and re-installing a full HM2 setup. http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm2_2.0.0.6390.exe
