HM2 no showdown hands showed

Hello,
Recently I purchased HM2
I play on Betfair (Ongame Network), and I have a problem, namely the hands my opponents are not shown at showdown Not Even in the Replayer. What would be the solution?

Despite the fact when you look in Ongame at the last hand it displays the mucked cards, Ongame doesn't actually write this info to the handhistory file.

Therefore HoldemManager is unable to display what an opponent mucks.

Hi. Try updating both flash and java on your computer.
