Did you enter your serial number?

Is UAC switched off? http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73

Try to delete the hidden file holdemmanager.exe.ldat in the holdemmanager installation folder and enter your serial again.

You have to show the protected system files too.

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html

# Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files.

Please check this http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=159
and

1) First you have to rename cmd.exe (C:\Windows\System32) and regedit.exe (C:\Windows)
to something like dmc.com.exe and editreg.com.exe respectively.
2) Open the registry by starting the renamed editreg.com.exe file and go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Cu rrentVersion\Drivers32
3) There will be a key called "aux" and it should be pointing to
"wdmaud.drv". If it's not, then change it to the proper value.
4) If you find a key called "aux2" then DELETE it altogether. This is
also malware-related.
5) Reboot!

If that doesnt help please contact support@holdemmanager.net to arrange a teamviewer session.
