View Full Version : Not able to import hands

Hello!

I can't import HH's, and I have no clue why, because I have done everything as correct as I can, even following the step-by-step guide.

I also have the latest update(1.06.03).

When i try to import HH's i select the files and it says "Files Imported: 4/4" for example but it says "Hands Imported:0".

I don't understand this because the files are there and they are all .txt documents.

I need help!

Have you tried to import those hands once? If yes, try renaming the folder where they are in. From which site are those hands?

I've never been able to import a single hand.

The site i use is PokerStars.

It didn't work renaming the folder. I even moved all the files to a new folder on another disk, but it didn't work.

Are you sure your HoldemManager tilte says 1.06.03?

How are you importing them, auto import, Manual Import?

Also email me your your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and a link to this thread.

I have sent you a mail with the files.

I've used both auto and manual import... just trying out different stuff to make it work.

The really strange thing about this is that it says that it has imported files but no hands :S

You havent setup any auto import folders yet. Please see this guide on how to set them up:

that wouldnt explain files not importing manually but the 2 you sent me imported fine so you either dont have the stars update properly installed (Does it say 1.06.03 in the title bar) or youve a corrupt database and need to create a new one: http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=146

Hello

I tried to make a new database but it didn't work :(

I have version 1.06.03b so I am up to date.

I really have no clue what the problem is..
