Hello,

I got multiple issues with the HM Hud. I am using HM1 version 1.12.09 and I am running it as administrator with windows vista.

The first error i get is when i start importing. I get an assertion failed error (never had this before it just started a week ago). See image below.

<a href="http://tinypic.com?ref=2gwudky" target="_blank"><img src="http://i43.tinypic.com/2gwudky.jpg" border="0" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic"></a>

After i press igrone i still get the huds displayed on the tables.

The next error i get is when i play and change something in player preferences (of just open it and close it) an error pops up with HM Hud is not working. I relaunch hud to solve this problem.

The next issue i get is after the hud are displayed at the table. The huds stack up at the top left corner, i need to move then manually every time i start an session. It doesn't stay the same for the next session. So basicly i need to move it manually every time i open close HM or relaunch hud. Also mucked hands are stacked on the top left corner.

It is not real big issue, but it is annoying and would be great if it would be solved (deff. for the mucked cards). I did not had this before and did not change anything on my computer.

I also tryed card allignment but it did not helped. After relaunch of hud it just jumps back to the left corner.

Thanks,
Selo

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vi sta you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates. (make sure Vista is updated to Service Pack 2)

Thank you, but that also didn't help.

Still getting the same issues... I don't have this problem with HM2, but i don't want to use HM2 just yet.
