Hello, I'm having problems with HUD in pokerstars. Every time I start import, my computer hangs and after some time returns to normal. The HUD does not work and Table Manager shows 0/6 players on how I'm playing in a 6-max table normally.

I've downloaded the new update that was recommended and has changed the date for English (United State), but still does not work.

I await a solution.

Thank you.

:D

Set the lobby language of the pokerclient in English.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory . Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates./

Check your auto import settings. Are the hands being moved properly to the archive folder?
Are there old handhistories 'stuck' in your auto import folder?

I am using win 7. I downloaded and updated the new version of HM1. I did all the procedures in relation to the firewall and anti-virus. I put what was asked to run as administrator. The drive video card and WIN7 is updated. The hands are being imported correctly for My Computer > (C:) > HMArchive > 2012 > 03 > 02.

I did everything that was recommended to, but still experiencing the same problems, the computer and lock the tables and take longer than a minute to normalize.

I do not know what else to do, I need a light.
