Holdem manager setup

i just donwloaded holdem manager. and when i open the setup file it says.

An error occurred while installing system components for Holdem Manager.
Setup cannot continue until all system components have been successfully
installed.

please tell me what seems to be the probleme and how to fix it

windows wista on my mac.
the 80$ nl package
i have downloaded it all but dont know how to open it in winrar!

* Please make sure your vista is up to date (windows update and service pack level)
* Also make sure that Microsoft .net framework 3.5 service pack 1 is installed
* Unzip the Holdemmanager.zip file completey to a temporary folder (if winrar doesn't work use www.7zip.org) and start the setup from this folder.
